The 1924-1925 tennis team, was ready to claim the conference championship in the fall.  For the past four seasons (both Fall and Spring), the Polars finished in second place.

The first match was humbling for the Polars.  Brimming with overconfidence, the team played West and lost. North then went on a winning streak defeating the remainder of their conference opponents to take the title.

After winning the Fall championship, the team looked to repeat in the Spring.  The team started out strong, defeating West 5-0.  The team played well, going into the match against Central.  Central devastated the Polars to a 4-0 score, forcing the Polars to settle for second place.
