Special Education

I was born in Augsburg, Germany, and arrived by ship at an early age, to spend my youth growing up in the Bronx, New York.  I came to Minnesota on a temporary  basis and stayed, with no  "excuse".  All of my family and some of my friends are still there and are under the assumption that there are cows grazing in my front yard. I enjoy reading, writing and drawing; when I'm not with my children and grandchildren, with or without- with (not which),  I go "treasure hunting".  At one time, I refurbished antique furniture in business for myself and, as a Florist,  provided  arrangements for weddings, special occasions, etc.

A favorite classroom moment would be getting one of my special ed students to smile and truly understand what I am saying.
