There is no school I would rather be at than North. I have lived in North Minneapolis for 9 years.  This will be my 10^th year teaching in Minneapolis.  I taught at Anwatin Middle School for 7 years and Roosevelt High School for the last 2 years.  I love teaching my students the art of reading, writing and speaking about social studies topics. I also love when students realize the topics we cover in class have directly impacted, are impacting and will impact their lives in the future. When not at school I love reading about, watching or talking about football. Yes I am a committed Vikings fan. However, my favorite thing to do is hang out with my lovely wife Jennifer and our 2 kids Logan (4) and Maddie (2).  I am extremely excited to be a Polar!
