Building a stronger Northside Community!

A college and career readiness mentoring program offered by Minneapolis Public Schools, North Community High School stakeholders and the W. Harry Davis Family.

This program is built on the legacy of W. Harry Davis, Sr., and supported by the research behind the “40 Developmental Assets” for Adolescents. 

This mentoring program provides all students at North Community High School the opportunity to partner with a successful adult and organizations to:

• Explore steps needed to attend and graduate college
  
• Exposure to career pathways
  
• Create a stronger united North Minneapolis Community!

Program Goals:

• Increase the numbers of NCHS students who are academically and socially ready for college and career pathways.
• Gain awareness of life after high school
• Strengthen student commitment to being leaders in building stronger community.
