MPS TAPP Programs are open to any Minneapolis Public School student who is currently pregnant or parenting. The TAPP programs provide on-site childcare, transportation, prenatal and parenting education, and support services for student parents who are continuing their High School education in both traditional and alternative school settings. The Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting Program exisits to:
· help student parents stay in school and be successful.
